These are the threads I've gotten so far. Aren't they pretty? Thanks to all the wonderful tatters I've exchanged with so far!
"But, really, why does anyone create? You feel a... a restlessness inside, a need to make something new, something no one has ever seen before. You want to add to the beauty and the richness of the world with a gift, an offering that is uniquely yours. It's an act of selfishness and generosity, all rolled into one."

Are You Trading?
Have you checked out The Thread Exchange yet? It's fun and easy. We all have threads that we know we have too much of, and we all have threads we'd like to try out. Or, a particular thread may be very easy to get in some countries, but impossible to find someplace else. What better way than to trade with other tatters?

Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteYes, I have received four exchanges back and I must say, it is fun to get the thread in the post. I have tried one of them.
Makes the whole process even better when you tat with the exchange thread.
Thanks for participating. When I read a post like this, it makes it all so worthwhile!
Fox : )
Yes, I love trading and the Thread Exchange has been a fun experiment!
ReplyDeleteNow for the next few weeks I have to stare longingly at my new traded thread samples as I must buckle down and finish a project.
But soon, SOON my pretty new sample threads! Soon I will be able to tat with you...
Your post is a great reminder how bonding a simple thing as mailing a few snippets of thread can be. Thank you! (And thanks to Fox for creating the Thread Exchange!)
I have received your exchange already and am loving it!
