Here's how far I had gotten on round 7 a little while ago:
I'm one repeat further on now, halfway through the round. As you can see, this round nearly doubles the diameter from what it was before, so that's why it's taking a while. As you can also see, I'll definitely need to do some blocking before I proceed. Some of these chains are really long and don't like to lay nicely.
It keeps getting better and better! You have tons of patience and for that it is going to be wonderful when complete.
ReplyDeleteBTW, thanks for posting the Angeline banner. It was exciting to see it on another blog! I have tidied up the photo which will look a lot better on your blog! Sorry it wasn't right at first.
Fox : )
It is looking really great and I love the colours!!!!!
ReplyDeleteholy schmoley! I haven't finished round one on mine yet lol. what size are you doing that in?
ReplyDeleteThanks, Fox. I changed the banner.
ReplyDeleteThank you, TypsTatting. I like the colors, too!
Krystle, yeah, but you have kids, plus you just did all that work for the craft show. There are only 24 hours in a day. BTW, I'm finding this to be an exercise in keeping my tension nice and relaxed-- some of the big rings in round 6 are hard to close if you tat too tightly.
I can't wait to see the finish piece. You are having me dangling to see the finished piece.
ReplyDeleteThat is working up awesomely! Can't wait to see the finished piece. That book has never interested me before. I suppose I should give it a second look.
ReplyDeleteWOW!!
ReplyDeleteAnd the excitement builds, it just gets better looking each time I see it. I love the colors.
