(can't remember the name). I'll have to think about why they would take a shuttle. It would depend on the type of shuttle wouldn't it?victats@gmail.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07664287364096706053noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2004958397294074498.post-22646504702091209472010-06-13T23:32:32.381-06:002010-06-13T23:32:32.381-06:00Hey Gina and Chiclet, of course you need to read i...Hey Gina and Chiclet, of course you need to read it! This is one series that I've actually enjoyed more as an adult than I did as a kid, because now I understand all the references to Victorian household items that didn't make sense back then. It's always fun to see how the Borrowers use "our" stuff for completely different purposes.

Fun ideas, Eliz!Mirandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07966487848401662776noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2004958397294074498.post-82548445788027282912010-06-13T19:07:03.562-06:002010-06-13T19:07:03.562-06:00Hmmm...I had no idea that tatting was even mention...Hmmm...I had no idea that tatting was even mentioned in The Borrowers...now I wanna read it just for that, LOL!
~TattingChic ♥Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13569720420483740487noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2004958397294074498.post-1548326641532830512010-06-13T14:59:03.769-06:002010-06-13T14:59:03.769-06:00Let's see. Post models provide nice 'handles' for two Borrowers to carry a heave 'rope' or 'line.' They would make nice footstools, or low 'couches' for the children's rooms. I can also imagine it being used to 'tie out' the family pet. Thank you! I've really enjoyed letting my imagination run with this one.Eliz Davis aka Tatknothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13560518278370416698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2004958397294074498.post-66956606597131311132010-06-13T14:30:31.336-06:002010-06-13T14:30:31.336-06:00This isn't one I've read but you make it s...This isn't one I've read but you make it sound intriguing!Ginahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17127914310809216760noreply@blogger.com
